As an avid reader, there are many authors and genres – from spy thrillers to fantasy – she enjoys reading. Some of her favorite crime authors are James Patterson, C. J. Box, Dennis Lehane, and Anne Frasier. She devours romance novels and loved “Boyfriend Material,” “The Hating Game,” “The Happy Ever After Playlist,” and “The Idea of You.”

Carmen offers consultation services to writers along the many stops between the writing to publish journey, including chapter critiques and more.
